Joanne Laidlaw

Jo is a Chartered Account who heads up a dynamic financial services company. She brings this expertise, particularly in budgeting and costing, to her role as Chairperson.

Sue-Ellen Evans

Sue-Ellen has extensive experience in the aged care and disability sector. She uses this combination of skills and qualifications to assist our organisation move through the reform challenges presented by the NDIS.

 

 

Allison Heffernan

VICE CHAIRPERSON

Allison Heffernan

Allison is a local real estate agent with a background in management and sales. She has played sport at a representative level and brings this focus and her business expertise to the board.

James Hill

TREASURER

James Hill

James has extensive experience in Rehabilitation Counselling and Consultation working in NSW Workers Compensation. James is also a casual lecturer at the University of Sydney in the Faculty of Health Sciences. James has a long held passion for those who are vulnerable in the community having worked for Samaritans Foundation and Sydney City Mission and volunteered with youth programs for people with a disability including camps and holiday trips. James wealth of sector experience is welcomed by the Finding Yellow Board.

Michelle runs her own human resources company, (Being More Human - www.beingmorehuman.com.au) working in leadership development within this industry. She brings a people-focused and commercial expertise to the Board along with her business acumen and commitment to the not-for-profit sector.

Sam runs his own Coaching & Consulting business (Profit & Values – www.profitandvalues.com.au) and is a thought leader in bridging the gap between Change, Strategy, Leadership and People & Culture. He brings this expertise to the Board, particularly in Organisational Transformation & Restructures, Technology & Operational Strategy Implementation and People & Culture.
