The event was been organised by a volunteer committee of local disability service providers, community groups and Cessnock City Council.
Event partners included Finding Yellow, Cessnock PCYC, Endeavour Group Australia, Ability Links, House With No Steps, Amped-Ability, Challenge Community Services, Choices, Cessnock City Council, the Mai-Wel Group, All Ability Sports Coaching and Zumba with Kim.
