We are looking for experienced, compassionate, curious and joyful Disability Support Workers (DSW) to join us in our mission to provide exceptional support and care to people with disability.

• 24/7 Independent Supported Living (SIL)

• Independent Living Option (ILO)

Selection Criteria:

Demonstrated qualification and experience (e.g. Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care and/or Individual Support)
Demonstrate availability and ability/willingness to work across our 24/7 services.
Demonstrate experience in working with complex needs.
Demonstrate experience in working with Care Plan including Medication.
Demonstrated experience in using CRM (Client Relationship Systems – e.g. CTARS, MVP, Shiftcare etc)

Mandatory Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Working with Children Check (Employment).
First Aid certificate and updated CPR.
NSW Driver Licence.
NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate.
